Education

Throughout my personal and professional journey, I have come to notice that time indeed flies and it feels like ages since I was in school, immersed in formal education. I gained a wealth of knowledge from my educational experience, but in today’s digitally evolving world, updates in technology have quickly surpassed much of what I learned in the classroom. However, my original qualification was enough to ignite my spark and passion for everything technology. Thanks to this passion, my career in technology has flourished beyond my wildest dreams.

I have made it a point to keep apprised of the latest technology trends by attending conferences that cater to my interests. These conferences are not limited to technology-related events alone but also include those that focus on travel and its many facets. With this mindset, I have been able to network with like-minded individuals, broaden my vision, and enhance my knowledge and skills, allowing me to continuously innovate and improve in my professional and personal life.

As a dedicated and motivated individual, I am eager to expand my skill set by investing time and effort into mastering the principles of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. This will enable me to leverage the best practices and methodologies offered by ITIL to enhance my ability to contribute positively to an agile-led work environment. By gaining a deeper understanding of ITIL, I will be in a stronger position to cultivate a more streamlined and efficient process flow, ensuring that all aspects of project delivery are handled with utmost professionalism and efficiency. Additionally, by applying the key principles of ITIL, I will be able to anticipate and mitigate potential issues before they arise, and proactively collaborate with colleagues to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved. Together, these skills will serve to make me a valuable asset to any team that values effective communication, collaboration, and success-driven results.

In this time, I invested countless hours into exploring and learning the fundamentals of a wide variety of crucial components in the tech industry, ranging from coding and hardware, to robotics and theory. The result of these efforts was a robust foundation of knowledge that has been invaluable in my professional journey, as it has allowed me to dabble in a diverse range of career paths. Thanks to this broad scope of expertise, I am able to pivot with ease and take on new challenges that would have otherwise been out of reach. In essence, this strong foundation and multi-disciplinary approach have become my secret weapons as I tackle each new chapter in my tech career with confidence and enthusiasm.
